In this day and age, the zeitgeist is not only the news getting meaner and meaner by the day. Keeping ourselves sane and enduring until the better times is the other side of the coin. Salty water, deep sea creatures, and a heartening glimpse of the sun high above the ocean surface are some of the sure ways to make a switch. It might be dark around, but wherever the light beam hits, the scenery explodes with color. Aquaphilia provides its auditorium with the means to escape the day and to immerse in some nautical, atmospheric, relaxing, and magical dimensions of cozy electronica. Filled with warm guitar riffs and lush synth lines, along with some careful sample work, this is a perfect fit for a chill-out session on an imaginary tropical beach.
